Operating TraDoc

Secure, back up, update and diagnose a durable instance.

A durable TraDoc instance combines four elements:

  1. a supervised process or container;
  2. a persistent and backed-up data/ directory;
  3. a reachable LLM provider;
  4. a network boundary suited to the sensitivity of the documents.

Minimum routine

  • Check GET /health.
  • Monitor free space on the volume.
  • Verify backups and restoration.
  • Apply updates during a planned window.
  • Never publish a local provider's port directly.
