Glossaries and presets
Stabilize terminology for a fictional world and reuse translation settings.
Glossaries
A glossary has a name, description and source/target pairs. It is stored under data/glossaries/ and injected into the context of projects that select it.
Use it for:
- proper names whose target form is prescribed;
- places and organizations;
- technical or magical terms;
- titles, honorifics and transliteration conventions.
Avoid contradictory or overly general entries. A large glossary consumes context on every request.
Presets
A preset groups the provider, model, concurrency, segment size and other active settings. Custom presets are stored in the browser's localStorage.
Consequences:
- a preset created on a computer does not automatically appear on a phone;
- clearing site data may remove presets;
- a preset does not contain the API key in plain text;
- enabling a preset does not retroactively modify existing projects.
