Create, import, apply and maintain consistent terminology.
Open Glossary, then create a glossary named after the work or fictional world.
Good entries

Method
- Start with terms that are genuinely ambiguous.
- Add a description of the general convention.
- Save.
- Select the glossary when creating the project.
- Verify its terms across several segments.
Maintenance
A glossary is a persistent data file. Include data/glossaries/ in backups. Before deleting or renaming a glossary, check which projects reference it.
